Hi there, Call me B!

Thank you for taking time to visit and learn about Brilliant Elegance Balloon Decor. My name is Brittany Finley, but you can refer to me as B! I've always enjoyed providing balloon decor through my education role, and began to notice how much I'd make excuses just to create balloon magic! So after thought and prayer, Brilliant Elegance was formed in 2024! What started out as a solo-venture has turned into a family labor of love--even my 2 year old, loves to help with our balloon setups. 

Though, we are new to the industry, I take my craft very seriously! I engage in Balloon Workshops and conferences, to further my knowledge and skill. Most importantly, I treat everyone with the upmost care and respect. I do my best to work within clients budgets, for the desired looks you may seek. 

Come be a part of the BE family, and allow us to create a magical display of Balloon decor for you. No event is too small. We all deserve balloons when celebrating! Setting up decor, is a party for us, and limited stress for you.

Fun Facts about Setup time!

We firmly believe that good vibes are MANDATORY for all balloon setups. We encourage you to play music of your choice, or we'll happily play some R&B, Pop Hits, or Salsa while working.

It's ok if your little ones want to spectate or even get hands on with the balloons--we'll let you know if & when something may be unsafe and they should step away!

​

We want to know your perfect spot before beginning our setup. Though we look super strong and poised, our backs would appreciate not having to move these stands multiple times--HAHA!

​

The more time for setup you can give us, the better! We don't want anyone's decor to feel rushed or thrown together.
