Your retainer secures your event date and is non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to apply your retainer toward a new event date, based on availability, for up to two reschedules. Because many of our designs require advance preparation and custom ordering, cancellations or date changes requested within 72 hours of your event may be subject to additional material and production fees.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Most clients reserve their date 4–8 weeks in advance, though we occasionally have availability for last-minute celebrations.

Our custom balloon installations begin at $500. Final pricing is determined by the size, complexity, location, and design elements of your event.

Many of our designs can be installed outdoors. We'll recommend the best materials and design approach based on the weather, location, and duration of your event. We are especially mindful of direct sunlight, heat, and wind advisory.
