Yes! Your décor is professionally delivered and installed on-site so it looks polished and event-ready. Delivery and installation fees apply, and they’re included in your event quote!

What is your cancellation policy?

Your retainer secures your event date and is non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to apply your retainer toward a new event date, based on availability, for up to two reschedules.
Because many of our designs require advance preparation and custom ordering, cancellations or date changes requested within 72 hours of your event may be subject to additional material and production fees.

When should you book your event décor?

Book as early as you can, especially during busy seasons! Many clients reserve 4–8 weeks ahead, but if you need a last-minute setup, reach out and check current availability.

What is your minimum investment for custom installations?

Our custom balloon installations begin at $500. Final pricing is determined by the size, complexity, location, and design elements of your event.

Yes, many balloon designs work outdoors! You get the best results when weather, location, event length, direct sunlight, heat, and wind are considered. Share your event details, and you’ll get a setup recommendation that fits your space!

Yes! You can choose a grab-and-go garland when you want a beautiful, budget-friendly option. You pick it up and install it yourself, which makes it a simple choice for smaller events and quick setups!
